Every year my family and I try and get the kids to Elitch Gardens. We usually manage to sneak in a visit during the summer but this year it was too busy.
So when we got the opportunity to get in a visit during Fright Fest we jumped at the chance.
Calling all trick or treaters, thrill seekers, zombie slayers and clown hunters! Elitch Gardens Fright Fest is so scary fun the park has added a bonus night today, Thursday, October 26. Celebrate the long Halloween weekend with safe trick or treating for kiddos, two haunted houses and everyone’s favorite theme park rides.
Elitch Gardens is Family by Day and Fright by Night with something for every ghost and ghoul. With only four days remaining in the electrifying 2017 season at Elitch Gardens, the final weekend for thrills is one you don’t want to miss! Fright Fest is free with park admission while some haunted attractions are an additional charge.
Dave and I took our kids and made a day of it. We stayed until the Fright by Night started and laughed a lot, watched kids run and scream from the actors before finally dragging them away to their sleepy little beds.
We also got the chance to meet up with our oldest daughter and her family, as well as my handsome grandson, he is a little young to enjoy all the festivities, but one day we will get him to do it all!
If you haven’t had the chance to go this season you only have a few more days to enjoy the festivities. Remember to dress up!
Try it out before it’s gone – Ends October 29th! Fright Fest is a BLAST for kids of all ages AND for a date night!
